O’Bannon, Terrace Park, and Wetherington—first force.
Joanne led the herd—guidance true and keen
Like aiming a perfect lob to lands unseen.
Next up, Metropolitan at Clovernook’s green,
Two final days so tense—best golf ever seen.
Lynn Thompson won Senior in a playoff’s tight test,
Three holes decided it—she proved she’s the best.
Amateur Clare Yeazell bent not; she held her nerve well,
Her birdie on eighteen rang the victory bell.
By two she emerged, composed, strong, and bold,
Her mental game is fierce, her story well told.
Now comes the Kent Tournament—Dee and Cyndi in bloom,
Their tag‑team grandeur lights up the room.
