The GCWGA Board is excited and working hard to prepare for about the upcoming 2018 Ladies Golf season! They are looking forward to hosting the second annual ‘Nati Cup, building on the smashing success of the inaugural event last year. New for 2018 is an online points tracker, located on the GCWGA website under the “Tournaments” pull down menu. This should simplify the submission process for this end of year Tournament. The hard copy tracker will also be available. Additionally, this year will be the trial of handicap scoring for the Fall Team play. The details will be reviewed at the upcoming Delegate’s meeting on April 6 at 9:30 am at the Cincinnati C.C.
The Board welcomed two new Board Members this year. Sue Brainer has joined as the Assistant Tournament Chair and Margie Paulsen is the Fall Team Chair. Additionally, a Tournaments Committee has been created, with Patti Horne as the first member.
